 Most, if not all of you, have heard about The Bridge Avenue School over the past couple of years. This is the Christian school that Dan and Amy McElwain, members of BPC, have started and is now in its fourth year. The school offers intensive, customized education - at no cost - to city kids who are not finding success in the public schools. This year already God has performed a number of incredible miracles through their ministry.

ABC School Program 
As a member of Heinen's Tasteful Rewards™ program, when you shop at Heinen's you can help area schools through our ABC School Donation Program. 1% of your qualified purchases* during September through April will be donated by Heinen's to a local school of your choice. The ABC School Donation Program is a Tasteful Rewards™ membership benefit. Every year Heinen's donates over $200,000 to area schools and organizations… it's our way of giving back to the communities we serve.
*Restricted or excluded items include — liquor, tobacco, US Postage stamps, lottery tickets, sales tax, gift card sales, returned items and any other items prohibited by state law or any items deemed unqualified at the discretion of Heinen's.

Follow these easy steps to participate:
2. If you're already a member of the new Tasteful Rewards Program, simply click on "My Rewards Home" then select "My Profile" in the upper right hand corner.
3. Select a city and school from the pull down list and click "Submit".
4. If you're not a member of Heinen's new Tasteful Rewards Program, it's a perfect time to sign up to become a memmber and to start receiving rewards, and benefits. Go to www. heinensrewards.com to register...it only takes a minute!
Apples For The Students—Founded in 1988, Apples For The Students is an educational initiative linking customer purchases with technology in classrooms throughout our communities. With this program, customers have the opportunity to benefit the school(s) of their choice every time they shop. When customers use a Giant Eagle Advantage Card® with each purchase (during the program), the designated school(s) will earn points that can be redeemed for classroom items. Since inception, Giant Eagle has donated more than $24 million in computer equipment, software and other learning tools.
Simply go to www.GiantEagle.com and on the right side of the screen you will see "My Tools." Click on "My Tools"
Then click on "My Account"
Select "Apples for Students"
Select "Add school for contribution"
